Letters to James Hutchinson, executor of Thomas Farrer's estate, from Hugh Maltby (co-executor) and others, regarding his administration of trust funds and his advancement of sums secured upon real estates in or near Pudsey, Yorks; account of Thomas and Samuel Farrer with Ambrose Pollett of Lisbon, Samuel's agent; notice requiring Hutchinson to pay a legacy and maintenance, and to furnish accounts due under the will; affidavit and notes alleging Hutchinson's failure to keep proper accounts of the trust property and his leaving home to avoid arrest
