Description

FAIRMAN v CRISP v CRISP v SQUIRES AND BLINDELL Copy of the will of Elizabeth Crisp; a dealer in tea, coffee and chocolate, who died in 1759 leaving no testamentary provision for her second husband John Crisp; statements as to due attestation, inventoriesof her personal effects, grant of letters of administration with the will annexed, memoranda, bills and receipts; papers relating to Crisp's claim against her brother and executor William Fairman, and that of his son John against Fairman's executors for payment of a legacy
