Despatches from Frederick Walker Kitchener, governor of Bermuda, together with letters from 'offices' (Government departments and other organisations) and from individuals relating to Bermuda. Despatches are described at item level; other correspondence is not, and correspondents and subjects are as follows:
- Admiralty (marriages of Admiralty employees, central hospital, lease of islands, marriage of civilian dockyard employee);
- Crown Agents (dredger for St George's channel, publication in journal, security given by Bank of Bermuda);

- War Office (improvement of St George's harbour);
