Ruling by viceroy on petition by Select Committee. Although the petition states that the company have nothing to do with the Lintin ships the 2 ships involved in the Keeow incident, Wilson's ship and McKay's ship, are English, and the taipan is to order McKay to hand the guilty over. The guilty Chinese have been apprehended, but the innocent Kuo must be released. (Dated: 9m 21d).
