Order from viceroy to Nan-hai magistrate. The country merchant Whiteman brought a foreign woman into the Factories and is living in Puankhequa's hong. The security merchant, linguist and compradores concerned are to be put in chains, and Whiteman is to be ordered to send the woman away immediately. (Dated: 10m -d).
