Description

Ruling by Tartar-General on the remonstrances of Select Committee and private merchants. Petitioning by foreign merchants, who must observe Chinese laws, against long standing prohibitions is merely troublesome, and the Tartar-General does not deal with such matters. (Dated: 9m 7d).
