Thanks for agreeing to the loan to Kingqua, to whom he has advanced $50,000; the letters to Puankhequa and Goqua have been passed on; the letter to the hong merchants about Mowqua securing the first ship is returned, as it now seems desirable for Howqua to secure the first ship; the brother of [Fatqua] is thinking of establishing a hong to deal with Americans;
