Staunton's obstinacy in raising case of Ayew, which does not implicate foreigners and is stopping trade, must be an unauthorised attempt to cause trouble and discredit Elphinstone. It is to be ascertained whether a stoppage of trade is really desired. (Dated: 9m [28d]).
