Elphinstone to [Howqua]. The sale of camlets, which it will be desirable to dispose of before the arrival of the Indiamen from home, will cover the amount due from the Company for Gnewqua and Ponqua's tea duties and advanced by the merchants. The price for cotton agreed with Fraser is questionable. (Dated: [June]).
