Acknowledges receipt of $18,800-odd, paid to Plan Ts'ui-lan; asks that the compradore should be instructed to issue nails, etc, for tea chests; encloses two further tea contracts (Missing at transfer); disagrees with Elphinstone tone about the best way of disposing of Poonequa's long ells to the teamen. 3 sheets.
