Is glad that the third son will accompany the eldest son and is not being kept at home by his mother; requests information about long ells in relation to tea contracts; complains that the Consoo and Goqua have both failed to answer letters; seeks the further views of Consequa and Goqua on action about Customs behaviour, in view of Howqua's advice against an immediate petition.
