Goqua to Elphinstone. The Hoppo's office have advised deferment of any petition about Customs behaviour. Acknowledges gratefully the additional order for teas and the $15,000 (sic), which will certainly not be used for any other purpose. Refers to his tea contracts and related arrangement for disposal of long ells, and to the need for early down-payments on the contracts. The purchase of land is going ahead.;
