Description

Petition to Hoppo from Elphinstone. The passenger on the Hannah, which sailed today, had to leave without his clothing, and although the mate's injury was slight the incident was deplorable. Action to prevent Customs men acting like bandits is requested,so that boat's crews may not be forced to carry arms. (Dated: 1m 26d (Dated 36d in error)).
