Kuan Wan-ho to Select Committee. As the Hoppo unfairly intends to apply the money received for Inqua's house towards private debts and not towards duties, Kuan at present declines to settle the duties with the long ell duty money which was received from Elphinstone and which is now in Mowqua's hands. As this is contrary to the advice of Mowqua and Howqua the transfer of the money to Magniac is requested. (Dated: 8m 11d).
