Order from Hoppo to hong merchants. A small cruiser [perhaps HCS Teignmouth, Capt Hewetson] is reported off Cabrita Point. She may stay there until the convoy leaves but her sailors must be controlled and she is not to approach the Bogue. Tell the taipanto give orders accordingly. (Dated: 4m 9d).
