Description

Instrument of Sovereignty drawn up by Captain Guillaume Dufresne on taking possession of Mauritius in the name of the King of France: with printed transcription and notes by Jacques Mallac, 16 Feb 1819.

PLEASE NOTE: The 13 pieces (PRO 22/12-24) presumably contained in one box, were found to be missing during the rearrangement of all PRO classes in A39.
