Description

Pension deed, 1678: copy of the indenture of 5 June 1678 between the trustees for the sale of fee farm rents and the Lord treasurer and chancellor of the Exchequer. Includes a schedule (by county) of fee farm rents to be reserved from sale and set aside for the payment of pensions, etc, and a schedule (by county) of all pensions, stipends, salaries, annuities and other perpetual payments to be paid from the fee farm rents.
