Connection of Dr Rotten with Ruhleben, a report by Dr Eric Higgins which highlights the following issues: medical instruments and supplies, educational work, handicrafts as a means of saving young men from mental and moral destruction, incidence of 'barbed wire disease' (homosexuality) and humanity of the work of Dr Rotten (female doctor).
