Germany: Prisoners, including:

Correspondence on the submission of reports relating to prisoner of war camps in Australia and India.

Conditions at British prisoner of war camps: report by Dr A de Sturler on inspection of the officer prisoner of war camp at Oswestry in Shropshire, dated 1 December 1918.

Response of German Government to reports on conditions at British prisoner of war camps:

  • Officers' prisoner of war camp at Colsterdale.
  • Officers' prisoner of war camp at Sandhill Park in Somerset.
  • Delays in delivery of remittances to German prisoners interned at Maadi in Egypt and Knockaloe on the Isle of Man.
  • German allegations regarding conditions at Manchester Military Hospital for prisoners of war.
