Anglo-German dispute over transfer of two British medical officers to Friedrichsfeld prisoner of war camp.

Conditions at prisoner of war camps, including:

  • Death of Private Thomas Donnelly: complaint dated 14 December 1918, by Private Victor Cotton-Cornwall, British interpreter at Frankfurt on Oder, regarding conditions at Linzmuehle prisoner of war camp, Klein Wittenberg, and his belief that they contributed to Donnelly's death; contains German War Office reply.
  • Uchtermoor prisoner of war camp: complaint regarding conditions, with German War Office response.
  • Private A G Ray, 18th Machine Gun Corps: struck by guard at Malchin Sugar Factory.
  • Request for inquiry into treatment of British Privates H B Lovell and F T Swanston at Perleberg prisoner of war camp, after the Armistice.

Medical treatment of Private Roberts by Professor Müller of Rastatt University, containing:

  • False allegations by The Daily Mail, dated 29 January 1919, in an article entitled 'German Surgeon's Crimes: Wanton operations on our men'.
