  • Reports by Mr Felix A Johnson, American Consul at Kingston, Canada, on conditions at the internment camp at Fort Henry, Kingston.
  • Report by Mr Frederick M Ryder, American Consul-General at Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, on the closure of the internment camp at Brandon, Manitoba, and the transfer of prisoners to the camp at Morrissey, British Columbia.
  • Reports by Mr Carl R Loop, American Consul at Hamilton, Bermuda, on conditions at the detention camps at Ports Island and St George's in Bermuda.
