Lily Thomson, in Constantinople: arrangements for return to UK via Dedeagatch.

Ottoman telegraph officials in Cyrpus and at Suakin: salaries of staff of Ottoman Cable Company; includes details of individuals (in docket no. 28912).

Colonel Subhi Bey, former Ottoman commander and acting Governor General, Bassorah (Basra): enquiries regarding welfare and whereabouts.
