Includes: salary and appointment of new resident medical officer and planning construction of his house; appointment of new superintendent and matron at Sutton; resignations and replacements of other staff (named); discussion of replacement of pupil teachers by non resident assistant masters; completion and staffing of Banstead Road school and resulting reallocation of children between all District properties; land purchase at Sutton and Witham; dietaries; reports on teachers' qualifications for certificates and on industrial trainers (all named); inspectors' reports.
