- 61-79; Contains some Agenda Papers. 1-19; These are minutes of meetings of the Miners Welfare Joint Council, set up in 1947 to co-ordinate Welfare matters as between the Commission and the National Coal Board. As a general rule each Council meeting wasfollowed on the same day by a meeting of the Commission which considered items brought forward for its attention.
