Minutes of Oxford Circuit proceedings in civil actions referred from the central courts of common law and from 1875, the High Court of Justice and heard at nisi prius. There are also minute books of the proceedings on the special commissions of oyer and terminer held at Bristol in 1832 following the Reform Bill riots in that city in 1831 and at Monmouth in 1839 in connection with the Chartist uprising at Newport in that year.
