To determine the extent to which property, upon which estate duty was paid in connexion with the testator's death, is to be regarded as settled property and so exempt (under s5 Finance Act 1894) from a second estate duty on the death of the person duringwhose life the income was directed to be accumulated: where no settlement can be inferred, to what extent estate duty is payable upon the corpus and the accumulation of income
