Description

Tithe map of Eye (parish), Suffolk. Shows buildings, chapel and church, town hall, theatre, workhouse, post windmills (pictorial), field names, village green, plantations (named), woods, hill-drawing, waterbodies. Industrial land-use: foundry, breweries. Colouring used. Scale: 1 inch to 8 chains; enlargement of town at 1 inch to 2 chains [1:1584]. By Joseph Manning, land surveyor and lithographer, 64 Bethel Street, Norwich
