Tithe map of Bury St Edmunds, St Mary and St James [Bury St Edmunds] (parish), Suffolk (tithable parts only). Shows parish boundary, chapels, Quaker meeting house, grammar school, other school, guildhall, shire hall, assembly rooms, gaol, house of correction, theatre, hospital, pest houses, workhouses, windmills, churchyard, ornamental gardens (coloured), botanic gardens, field names, boundary stones, fence ownership, woods (coloured), common meadows (named), heath/moor, footpath and/or bridleway, named roads, osiers, marsh, waterbodies, footbridge (named). Industrial land-use: pits, lime kiln, gasworks. Scale: 1 inch to 3 chains
