Description

Tithe map of High Ham (parish), Somerset. Shows buildings, workhouse, gardens (coloured), farmyards, field boundary ownership, hedge ownership, arable, grassland; orchards, avenue of trees, plantations and woods (all coloured), heath/moor (furze), drains, waterbodies. Scale: 1 inch to 6 chains. By Richard Dixon, 3 Furnivals Inn, London. The map is dated September 1832, lower left, but could have been drawn as late as 1838
