Description

Tithe map of Stockbury (parish), Kent. Shows tithing boundaries, buildings, field gates, waterbodies. Colouring used. Decorative compass indicator with a crown and plumes. Scale: 1 inch to 3 chains. First class map. Construction lines shown. Compass indicator shows true and magnetic north. By S Elliott.

With 4 altered apportionment maps. 1] Dated 2 December 1868, at 1 inch to 3 chains. 2] Dated 26 September 1912; Ordnance Survey map Kent sheets XXX.10. XXX.11. 3] Dated 31 December 1919, Ordnance Survey map Kent sheet XXXII.15. 4] Dated 19 January 1931, at 1:2500. Other altered apportionment maps are located with the apportionment.
