Description

Tithe map of Rochester, St Nicholas (parish), Kent (tithable parts only). Shows garden, custom house, named roads, marsh (saltings), waterbodies, embankment, antiquities (castle). Industrial land-use: gas works. Colouring used. Scale: 1 inch to 2 chains. The map has a scribbled note that it was revised by A Doull, Chatham, in 1842.

With 1 altered apportionment map, dated 19 December 1861, at 1 inch to 2 chains.
