Description

Tithe map of Ridley (parish), Kent. Shows buildings, gardens (coloured), churchyard, farmyards, orchards, plantations, field names, arable, grassland, woods (named, coloured), hop grounds (coloured), hedges, pits, footpath and/or bridleway, waterbodies, pond. Decorative cartouche; pears, grapes, shell and rushes surround map title. Scale: 1 inch to 4 chains. By W Hodsoll. Made by order of the landowners, 1 November 1838.

With 2 altered apportionment maps. 1] Dated 12 August 1930, at 1:2500. 2] Dated 18 August 1936, at 1:2500.
