Description

Tithe map of Hougham [Church Hougham and West Hougham] (parish), Kent. Shows leasehold and tithing boundaries, buildings, field boundary ownership, stiles, footpath and/or bridleway, waterbodies, spout. Colouring used. Scale: 1 inch to 1.5 chains [1:1188]; enlargement of detail at 1 inch to 3 chains. First class map. By John Cheesman, Buckland.

With 4 altered apportionment maps. 1] Dated 20 February 1862, at 1 inch to 3 chains. 2] Dated 20 November 1862, at 1 inch to 3 chains. 3] Dated 19 July 1915, at 1:2500. 4] Dated 23 November 1916, at 1:2500. Other altered apportionment maps are located with the apportionment.
