Shows naval college, workhouse, naval asylum, ranger's house, observatory, burial ground, boundary stones and trees, named roads, railway, quarries (gravel), woods (coloured), waterbodies, bridges. Colouring used. Scale: 1 inch to 4 chains. By Messrs Crawter, Southampton Buildings, Chancery Lane and Cobham, Surrey.
With 4 altered apportionment maps. 1] Dated May 1853, at 1 inch to 4 chains, showing Angerstein Branch Railway and North Kent Railway. 2] Dated June 1857, at 1 inch to 4 chains, showing North Kent Railway. 3] Dated 22 July 1898; Ordnance Survey map Kent sheets XII.13, XII.23, showing Greenwich and Woolwich Line. 4] Dated 19 December 1916, showing Greenwich and Woolwich Line and Westcombe Park Station. Other altered apportionment maps are located with the apportionment.
