Description

Tithe map of Great Chart (parish), Kent. Shows buildings (named), rectory, hedge ownership, woods (named), hop grounds, footpath and/or bridleway, waterbodies. Colouring used. Scale: 1 inch to 3 chains. First class map. Construction lines shown. Compass indicator shows both true and magnetic north. By G Durey, Chart Magna.

With 4 altered apportionment maps. 1] At 1 inch to 3 chains showing London and Dover Railway. 2] Dated 27 September 1883, at 1 inch to 3 chains. 3] Ordnance Survey map Kent sheet LXIV.16, at 1:2500. 4] Dated 10 December 1920, at 1:2500. Other altered apportionment maps are located with the apportionment.
