Shows manorial boundary, allotment of Duchy [ie Duchy of Cornwall] waste, buildings (named), gamekeeper's lodge, deer lodge, mill, landownership, hedge ownership, parkland, woods, rock outcrops, hill-drawing, named downland, beacon, antiquities (castle), footpath and/or bridleway, waterbodies, bridges, coastline, cliffs. Colouring used. Decorative circular cartouche divided into two hemispheres by scale bar: top hemisphere has compass rose; bottom hemisphere has a riverside scene with people. Scale: 1 inch to 6 chains.
