Tithe map of Cheadle Bulkeley (township in the parish of Cheadle), Cheshire. Shows township boundary, buildings (named), farmyards, railways with station, footpath and/or bridleway, waterbodies, bridges. Named roads; turnpike roads distinguished. Industrial land-use: print works. Colouring used. Scale: 1 inch to 3 chains. By John Taylor, Ollerset near Stockport. Map 'copied from a map belonging to the Guardians of the Stockport Union, which was tested by the commissioners in the year 1842' [The 1842 map is at Stockport Archives].
