Shows buildings (named), field gates, footpath and/or bridleway, plantations, parkland, woods, hill-drawing, waterbodies, bridges, canal. Turnpike roads distinguished. Scale: 1 inch to 8 chains. By H White, Warrington. A note states 'This plan is principally compiled from Estate Plans of landowners but all that part north of the Duke of Bridgewater's Canal and a part immediately on the south side of Do. is from an actual survey made in 1845'
