Valuation: John Chadwick, Halifax, Yorkshire.
Agreement says that as whole district was formerly monastic land, it is tithe-free when in the hands of its owners, but by this agreement it is 'made liable to a constant rentcharge of equitably adjusted amount', whether occupied by owners or tenants.
