A collection made by Arthur Agarde or in his day (his descriptive dockets are on m 25d, and he numbered its membranes) at the Treasury of the Receipt from six different King's Bench indictments files, by someone interested in presentments about bridges, roads and weirs which these presentments contain; although being mostly made under the court's trailbaston jurisdiction, most also include normal felonies and trespasses. The robbed parent files were: 1378 Michaelmas at Gloucester (mm 3, 5, 6, 16, 17, 20); 1392 Trinity at Nottingham (mm 21, 23-25); 1392 Michaelmas or after (m 10, Middlesex); 1398 Easter at Reading (mm 1, 2, 4, 7, 9, 18, and 22) and at Oxford (mm 8, 19); 1415 Michaelmas (mm 11-15, Middlesex).
Number of membranes: 25.
See also: part of the parent 1398 Easter Oxfordshire file is KB 9/100; two other presentments from the 1398 Easter Berkshire file are in JUST 1/53B, both docketed by Agarde and also about bridges and weirs.
