Oyer and terminer commission, Devon, held by William de Shareshull and associates at Exeter, Sept 1358, under commission dated 27 Feb 1358: calendar of indictments, Sept 1358 and Aug 1359. It is a calendar of KB 158/1, and of some other matter not on that file.

- In 1842, it was recovered from miscellanea and added to the Assize and Quo Warranto Rolls class as M1/34/76. About 1890, it was moved to the new Gaol Delivery Rolls class, where it was latterly JUST 3/15/2: it was transferred to KB 9 in 1967.
