Returned oyer and terminer commissions, London and Middlesex: before Edward earl of Devon and associates on 24 Feb 1494 at Guildhall for London and suburbs under commission dated 16 Feb 1494 (Call Patent Rolls 1494-1509, 477) concerning all treasons, etc in London; roll and file, mm 1-21, 36 (cover); and before William Huse, kt and associates on 3 Feb 1495 at Westminster for Middlesex under commission dated 25 Jan 1495 (Cal Patent Rolls 1494-1509, 30) concerning all treasons, etc for Middlesex, roll and file, mm 22-35. The London file was handed in to King's Bench by William Huse in Apr 1494; the Middlesex one by Thomas Tremayne in Oct 1495.
