Returned oyer and terminer commission, Middlesex, before Henry earl of Essex, Thomas Billyng and fellows at South Mimms on 11-12 May 1472 and Westminster on 5 Nov 1472, with exigents at the Stone Cross on 11 Mar 1473, under commission dated 28 Apr 1472 for all insurrections, rebellions, treasons, felonies, etc in Middlesex and Hertfordshire (CPR 1467-77, 353). Trial of George Neville archbishop of York, Henry Holand, duke of Exeter, Edmund Beaufort, duke of Somerset and others at Coventry on 6 Mar and at the Battle of Barnet on 7 Apr 1471: roll (rots 22-24) and file. Delivered into King's Bench by Bylling about 21 June 1473.
