Returned oyer and terminer commission, Kent and Surrey, held by John Fyneux and associates at West Greenwich on 6 May 1521 and at Southwark on 7 May 1521, under commission dated 3 May 1521 for various treasons, etc in Kent and Surrey (not in Letters andPapers Henry VIII): file delivered to Thomas duke of Norfolk, steward of England, for determination in the Court of the Lord Steward on 13 May 1521. Treason trials of Edward duke of Buckingham, Nicholas Hopkins, monk, and Henry Prior of Hinton Charterhouse.
