- these are extracts of grants recently made by the king selected from the rolls in pursuance of an Act of Resumption [two originally separate but identical rolls containing copies of mandates to the Exchequer and to the two escheators for the resumption of all grants made by the king since 16 Mar, 3 Edw II, together with a copy of the contents of the rolls accompanying the mandates, containing extracts from the the Patent, Charter, Fine and Close Rolls, relating to such grants] cf C 59/7, 8, 42 and 43
