Description

Lord Castlereagh, informing Lord Chatham of the Cabinet's disposition to an increase of the army, and to the sending of reinforcements to the Tagus: sends a memorandum for circulation on the former point, and intends calling on Chatham the following day,sending him beforehand drafts to Moore and Cradock prepared by him for consideration
