Folio 262: enclosure in folios 260-261. Letter dated 19 November 1806 by Thomas Reynolds, Apothecary, Crisp Court, [London]. Certificate stating Captain Robert Winthrop, of HMS Sybille needs 10 days rest to recover his health.
