Folio 214: enclosure in folios 212-213. Letter dated 13 August 1806 by John Halliburton, Surgeon, the Naval hospital, James Fletcher, Surgeon, HMS Cambrian and John Clifford, Surgeon, HMS Leopard, Halifax, Nova Scotia. As ordered by George Cranfield Berkeley, Vice Admiral of the White and Commander in Chief of the ships employed in the St. Lawrence and surrounding areas, report of the state of health of John Wight, HMS Cleopatra. They feel a change of climate will do him good.
Folios 215-216: enclosure in folios 212-213. Letter dated 26 August 1806 by George Cranfield Berkeley, Vice Admiral of the White, HMS Leopard, Halifax. Letter to Captain John Wight, HMS Cleopatra, giving permission to quit his command and travel to England to regain his health. The ship will be looked after by the 1st Lieutenant.
