Folios 371-372: Thomas Walbeoff, [Regulating Captain], Poole. Having received the Admiralty letters of March 25 1805 and April 27 1805, he is unable to understand the second letter which says he should regard the first letter as cancelled.
Folios 373-374: enclosure with folios 371-372. Letter from William Marsden, Secretary of the Admiralty, to Captain Thomas Walbeoff, Poole, dated 25 March 1805. He has laid Captain Walbeoff's letter of 22 March 1805, enclosing the letter received from the Navy Board about the increased reward paid to the press gangs, before the Lords of the Admiralty and their intention is not to extend the increased reward to the press gangs, except in cases where they apprehend deserters.
