Folios 347-348: Thomas Walbeoff, [Regulating Captain], Poole. Reports that when he received the King's proclamation about the additional reward for the discovery of secreted seamen, he asked the Collector of Customs whether he had been instructed to pay the reward, but he had not. Does not know what to tell people who are presenting certificates for payment of this reward.
